Accessibility at Our Practice

At Smart Smiles Ystrad, we are committed to providing care for all patients, regardless of their needs. While our building is a charming Victorian structure, we’ve made sure the interior is equipped with modern, state-of-the-art facilities to ensure the highest level of dental care. However, due to the nature of our building, there are certain limitations we want to make you aware of:

• Wheelchair Access: Unfortunately, our practice has steps at the entrance, so we are unable to accommodate patients in wheelchairs. We do have one treatment room on the ground floor, and there is an accessible washroom available.

• Parking: We are located on the main high street, which has limited parking. However, there is a nearby car park just a short walk from our practice.

• Guide Dogs & Induction Loop: We warmly welcome patients with guide dogs. Additionally, we have an induction loop system at the reception to assist those with hearing impairments.

While our building may not be fully accessible to all mobility needs, we are happy to discuss any individual requirements and assist in making arrangements for your care whenever possible.
